Bloch is the primary antagonist of the Turtles' Infestation 2 storyline. A New York City resident, Bloch was involved in a Lovecraftian cult. He is responsible for the summoning of Shub Niggurath, and was planning to sacrifice Leonardo in order to call forth his deity. However, once Leonardo was freed, he sliced Bloch's head in half.
After years of being infested by Shub Niggurath, Bloch had become deformed and grotesque.

- Bloch is named for Robert Bloch, a weird fiction writer who scribed stories in the Lovecraft mythos, although he was not from New York as the character is.
