The Black Jack Insurance Co. building appears in the episode The Mean Machines of the 1987 TV series. It appears to serve as the main entrance to the multi-story tower that holds the computer mainframe called O.M.N.S.S. (OMNIPOTENT MULTI-PROCESSING NEXUS SUBUNIVERSAL SENTIENCE). The Turtles and April O'Neil confront a wave of Robodyne robots in the lobby in which a large "Black Jack Insurance" sign can be seen.
