Inside the Black Hole Cantina
The Black Hole Cantina is a bar located on an asteroid in the Fred Wolf series. It appears in the episode Divide and Conquer.[1]
In the cantina, Dregg offers power and wealth to various other extraterrestrials who can stand 90 minutes in battle against the Ninja Turtles. Those who accept his offer are teleported to Earth, only to later be teleported back to the Black Hole Cantina.
Dregg then uses the Morphogenesis Exoskeleton to absorb these other extraterrestrials, before heading to Earth again.
