Bison Troopers, also known as Bison Shock Troops or Shadaloo Troopers, are a paramilitary force under the command of the dictator M. Bison. This specific version of Shadaloo soldiers were created for the 1994 Street Fighter movie.

After the brawl between the Ninja Turtles and Street Fighter heroes (Ryu, Ken Masters, Guile, and Chun-Li) moves into the nearby casino, Bison orders the Troopers as an extraction team to capture Raphael. The Turtles and "Street Fighters" make a temporary truce so that they can fight off the Troopers. After they overwhelm the Troopers, one of them throws a grenade that knocks the other combatants flying. They then use stun rifles to knock out Raphael so they can take him, and when Chun-Li tries to stop them, they do the same to her. TMNT vs. Street Fighter #2
One of the Troopers from the casino fight regains consciousness and runs back toward base. Guile and Michelangelo chase him to a Ferris wheel. The Trooper scales the wheel and Mikey goes after him, bringing him back down to the ground for interrogation. Meanwhile, all of the other heroes fight out Bison Troopers to reach their destinations.
