Benjamin Joseph "Ben" Schwartz (born September 15th, 1981 in the Bronx, New York City; age 44) is an American actor best known for portraying Jean-Ralphio Saperstein in Parks and Recreation, voicing the title character of Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, as well as Dewey from the 2017 reboot of DuckTales and Sonic in the 2020 live-action Sonic the Hedgehog movie. He voices Leonardo in the 2018 Nickelodeon series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
