Bebop is a mutant warthog who works for the Shredder. He appears in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Magazine comic strips along with his usual partner-in-crime Rocksteady.

After setting up shop in a haunted house, Bebop and Rocksteady, dressed as the Wolfman and Frankenstein's monster, steal candy from kids who are trick or treating.
'Twas the Night Before Christmas[]
Bebop and Rocksteady go on a crime spree as they hold up anyone dressed as Santa Claus and steal their bags of donated charity money.
