Bebop appears in the sequel to the 2014 action film. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Bebop and Rocksteady were originally two criminals being transported at the same time as the Shredder, but who escaped during the tumult of Shredder's escape.
Later on, Shredder finds them and offers them jobs as "errand boys," which mostly involved being muscle serving the Foot Clan. He decided to test the purple variant of the Mutagen, which tapped into long-dormant animal DNA and transformed Bebop into a warthog. He was quite pleased with his transformation.
The two of them were used as Shredder's newest weapons against the Turtles, and were sent to acquire two of the missing pieces of the Arc Capacitor. One was in a museum exhibit - which Rocksteady and Bebop accessed by attacking it - and the other was in the Brazilian rainforest, which they acquired using a tank. The Turtles attempted to stop them from returning to New York City with the item, but were unsuccessful.
As the Technodrome was summoned to New York, Bebop and Rocksteady fought the disgraced cop Casey Jones. Jones eventually tricked them into a cargo container and threw a grenade inside. Bebop survived the incident.
