Baxter Stockman is a rather pathetic mad scientist who was mutated into a fly and works for the Foot Clan. He is also the main antagonist of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Amazing Adventures - Robotanimals!
This version of Stockman is branched off from his previous version in the 2012 TV series. His history before the events of Amazing Adventures is the same as that of his animated version.

Donatello's T-Phone buzzes with a call from April O'Neil. With Raphael and Michelangelo roughhousing behind Don, April tells Donnie that a giant fly was just seen breaking into a computer lab in the city, and she's sure it must be Baxter Stockman. But April also considers it suspicious, because that particular lab is out of business and wouldn't have any technology Stockman can't already obtain.
Robotanimals! issue 1[]
Baxter Stockman ambushes the Mighty Mutanimals with engineered nanobots, transforming the entire group into Robotanimals.
Epilogue: The Terror of the Kraang[]
Baxter Stockman appears only as a Kraang hallucination after they are affected by Jonathan Crane’s Fear Gas.
