Baxter Stockman is a brilliant but mad scientist, often allied with Shredder and/or Krang. In almost every version, he is depicted as the creator of the Mousers, and as an enemy of the Ninja Turtles. In most incarnations, he is forced into an alternate form (either converted into a cyborg, or mutated into a fly) that causes his sanity to erode even further.
