The Batcave is a series of subterranean caves located beneath the Wayne estate. The Batcave serves as Batman's command center, where he monitors all crisis points in Gotham City and the world. The Batcave appears in the Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.
History[]
Having traveled to Gotham City on the trail of Shredder, the Turtles arrive at Wayne Enterprises. There they encounter Batman and each thinks the other is one of the bad guys. Batman defeats the Turtles in a fight, but leaves in his Batmobile before they can regroup. Donatello researches Batman and his reported locations and leads the Turtles underground, where they slosh through waist high water in a cave before entering the Batcave. Michelangelo is beyond thrilled and runs around the Batcave, while Donatello focuses in on the central computer console. Raphael finds display cases holding several other Batman costumes. Soon Michelangelo has donned one of the costumes and climbed atop the giant Tyrannosaurus rex statue that's in the Batcave. The Batcave also has a full laboratory, where Batgirl and Don create a retromutagen.
