The Bat Librarian is the individual in charge of the eponymous library in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode, "Mystic Library". Like most librarians, especially those in fiction, she does not tolerate excessive noise, and utilizes a legion of "Hush-Bats" to capture any patron who is too loud and carry them to the library's "kiddie room."
