Plot[]
Beginning with Leo next, he found a brochure about a luxury resort known as the Hirsuté Resort & Spa. He knew he had been fighting lately so he decided to have a relaxing day at the luxury resort. As he arrived at the spa, everyone watched as he started to head to the beach and rested on a bench. One of the resort guards asked him to leave but Leo said he wanted a relaxing day before he was kicked out.
One of the waiters asked Leo that he should try the Last Resort & Spa across the street. Leo feels disgusted when he enters the resort because of the mucky water, dust and muck. A Yōkai masseur came by and asked Leo if he wanted a massage. Leo was completely delighted now that he can relax. But the masseur tried to massage his back but it was stiff. Leo told him that he has a shell. He decided that he should go back to the luxury resort but the masseur said that he doesn’t quite have what they’re looking for. He asked Leo what people liked. Leo began to think it over and guess it must be their hair. The Yōkai masseur nodded and said that Leo doesn’t have any hair because he is a reptile. Leo decided to give it a try and the masser poured liquid into his head and his hair grew.
Now that his hair has grown on his head, Leo starts to head back to the luxury spa. Some of the guests are amazed and now Leo can finally relax. He begins to fall asleep but when he wakes up, someone is crying out that their objects are taken. Leo seemed confused as to why he kept falling asleep and waking up into different places. He asked Mind Raph what he should do as his imagination tells him that he should dip his feet into a chocolate fountain so he can track down the thief. Once his feet are dipped in chocolate, he goes back to sleep.
After a few minutes, he wakes up and sees that his feet didn’t leave a dirty trail. One of the concerned people is asking the resort guards to find the thief. Leo scratched his head until a bunch of money fell out of his hair. He panics as the guests continue to complain. Leo said that he should investigate the thief. The resort guard asked if he should do this and one of the guests said that he does have amazing hair.
Using the security globe, Leo looks through the pearl to see what it had recorded. Then to his surprise, his hair started moving on his own and started stealing objects. Stunned, Leo thought he saw Splinter asking for help and taking away the Mystic Ōdachi. He zooms in and sees that the Yōkai masseur was the one who gave him evil hair.
Leo's hair started to move and started to attack Leo. Leo struggled to get the Yōkai out of his head and tried to strangle it. He crashes right through the hair salon and starts shaving his entire head by cutting the hair off his head. After his hair is cut off, Leo grabs the Yōkai masseur and takes him to the resort guards. He explained that the Yōkai masseur is stealing items under everyone’s noses. But at first, the resort guards didn’t recognize who he was and guessed he’s the same guy they kicked him out. Leo gets arrested and placed in a cell along with April, Donnie, Draxum, and Raph.
Then, after a while, the officer came and informed them that their lawyers were here. The only ones who have escaped are Mikey and Splinter who are busting them out. Splinter gave Leo the Mystic Ōdachi and all of the family left through its portal.

- In "Hidden City's Most Wanted", Splinter says the line, "Blue, I need your—" while sliding to a stop in front of Leo, but in this episode Splinter merely grunts while sliding to a stop.
- In "Hidden City's Most Wanted", Splinter flips over Leo's pool float, causing him to float unconscious in the pool before grabbing the Mystic Ōdachi, but in this episode, Splinter pulls Leo out of the pool and stands over him in a shot unseen in "Hidden City's Most Wanted" before taking the Mystic Ōdachi.
- In "Hidden City's Most Wanted", Splinter says the line, "Hairball—I mean, uh, Blue, uh, wake up!", but in this episode Splinter says the line, "Blue! Wake up! We need your help!"
- When Splinter locates the Mystic Ōdachi in "Hidden City's Most Wanted" he is silent, but in this episode Splinter says, "Ooh," when he locates the Mystic Ōdachi.
- In "Hidden City's Most Wanted", Splinter says the line, "I'm just gonna borrow this for a sec. Okay, thanks. Bye!" when he creates a portal to Heather's house, but in this episode Splinter merely exclaims while creating a portal.
- When Leo takes the hand mirror to look at his new hair, the Yōkai Masseur's markings are lined with black instead of purple.
