In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness and the Palladium Books continuity in general, BIO-Spawn is the major corporation owned and run by its founder, Dr. Victor Feral. It is also an umbrella term for a series of characters, locations and RPG adventure scenarios associated with Feral and his secret activities involving the capture, scientific research and vivisection of mutants.
Besides Feral, recurring BIO-Spawn characters include Otto Rattus, Karl and Igor. Feral Mansion, or more specifically the secret laboratory beneath it, is a recurring BIO-Spawn location.
