Attila the Frog is a member of the Punk Frogs, a quartet of frogs mutated by The Shredder and trained by him to act as evil counterparts of the Ninja Turtles. However, due to their innate good nature and finding out how ruthless Shredder was, they turned against him.
Attila is the Season 6 Premium Pass reward for Level 30 in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness. He is available much later through the game's more conventional means.
He later returns in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge along with the other Frogs, and when all four of them are located, the player has the option to retrieve "disgusting bugs" to give to them in exchange for points. During the fight against Leatherhead on Coney Island, the Frogs ride by repeatedly on a roller coaster, shouting encouragement at their friends, as well as occasionally tossing a barrel or pizza into the battle. At the end of the game, Vernon credits the Frogs with saving the city rather than the Ninja Turtles, much to the surprise and dismay of the latter.
