Art E. Choke is a mob boss who operates in New York City in the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles comic strip.
Mob boss Art E. Choke is plotting to take over crime in the city and intends to enlist the aid of the Lizard Gang in order to reach that goal. His assistant tells him that cops aren't the biggest threat to his aspirations, that the bigger threat is the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles. Choke demands his assistant get someone who knows about the Turtles. Soon, the Shredder is in his office. Shredder tells Choke that his life's ambition is to destroy the Turtles, even if it means joining forces. Choke wants to know everything about the Turtles, but Shredder says he shall destroy them in his own time. However, Choke responds that Shredder would be a sucker to turn down his partners, who have just arrived. Choke introduces Rudolph McLizard and his gang.
