In the Image Comics version of the series Casey is still the old hothead, but is more settled with April and Shadow; if necessary, he can still compete with any opponent out there. What is particularly more striking is the fact that he, more than in the Mirage comics, often drinks too much, so he is often very aggressive.
Casey wears a different mask than the Mirage comics: Instead of the pure white one (which Raphael receives after his facial injury), he wears a square mask with the colors of the American flag, which he had originally found on an adventurous trip with Raphael.
