Mr. Arboost is a wealthy criminal boss in the 2003–2009 animated series, and leader of the Texas Roughnecks criminal group. He wears a cowboy hat.
He wanted to have a super slam hockey team of his own, but the officials refused to give him one, saying that his image was wrong for the sport (mainly because he recently got out of jail). He decided to steal the Golden Puck prize and use it as a bargaining chip to get what he wanted. In The Golden Puck episode, he sent Slim, Robby and Bobby to steal it during a super slam hockey game. The Ninja Turtles and Casey Jones managed to take it from him, leading to a frenetic car chase. However, Casey wanted properly deal with Arboost and the Texas Roughnecks, which was done by luring them back to the hockey rink and fighting them. After that, he and his henchmen were taken to prison.[1]
