A clone of April O'Neil and an ally of the Clone Turtles, thus serves as an antagonist of the Genesis version of TMNT: Tournament Fighters. She is fought on the Spaceship stage in single-player mode.
Her palette is available for the second player if both players choose April in a 2-player game.

Clone April's skin is duller than her source, and wears a blue top, skirt, and boots with green gloves and bandana.
Powers and abilities[]
- Ninjutsu: Prior to the events of the game, April had been trained in, and is well-versed in ninjutsu, and thus, so is her clone.
- Agility: Although not to superhuman proportions, Clone April is faster than the average human, as is seen in her movement and attack speed, and especially in her Ninja Claw attack.
- Superhuman leaping ability: Clone April's jumps, however, do border on superhuman, as she can bound across the screen to drive an elbow into her opponent, or leap up and off the top of the screen even when carrying the bulk of an opponent whose mass far exceeds hers.
