April O'Neil is the mayor of Megatropolis in the world of the Super Turtles. When Sliver made clear of his intentions of wiping out all life of Earth, the mayor immediately went to the Super Turtles to get their help.
After Sliver's destruction, she was present when the Super Turtles dedicated a statue to Michelangelo.
