An alternate April O'Neil' who came into existence when Rocksteady and Bebop disrupted the time streams in the miniseries TMNT: Bebop & Rocksteady Destroy Everything!
She was working at StockGen with Lindsey Baker when both the human and mutant versions of Rocksteady and Bebop invaded the lab, demanding mutagen. April tried to sneak out with Lindsey, but was interrupted when the Turtles and Renet arrived in the lab. When Michelangelo confirmed that they were the same baby turtles April was carrying out, she nearly fainted.
