The anxietron ray is a device that appeared in Bebop and Rocksteady Conquer the Universe used to instill fear and anxiety into their victims and was stolen by Bebop and Rocksteady from Unbridled Technologies lab and used by them in an attempt to take over the world after Shredder had been giving the pair a hard time.
