Pizza Face (formerly Antonio), is a mutant pizza who is an enemy of the Ninja Turtles. He is also a playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Legends.

The mutated owner of Antonio's Pizzeria, Pizza Face is a living, breathing pizza with the ability to create Mozzarella Guards who protect him, and living pizzas, which, when eaten, cause people to enter a trance state.
