Amok is a mutant goat and a member of H.A.V.O.C.

History

He was one of the first members of H.A,V,O.C. that the Turtles encountered, as he and Overdrive rescued them from a hostile police force, which helped sway Donatello and Raphael into trusting these new mutants. However, he quickly turned against the Turtles when they discovered what the group was actually up to.
