Synopsis
A threat from beyond space and time is awakened by a renegade group of Utroms, leaving the fate of not one but two worlds in the hands of the TMNT - our Earth, as well as the alternate Earth of the Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa! Guest-starring Cudley the Cowlick!

- The Utromi Preservi and the NYPD Xenosquad were first introduced in Tales of the TMNT (Vol. 2) #6, in the backup story The Raisin'.
- This issue features cameo appearances by many characters from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comics.
- On the left corner of the page the 1984 Mirage Comic book turtles make a cameo.
- The TMNT Multiverse will be revisited in the TV movie, Turtles Forever.
