Alex Winter, is an agent of an elite force known as Dark Water.
History
Agent Winter was first seen when spying on the turtles and the Mighty Mutanimals from a distance as reports back to an unknown entity. While spying on Mutanimals as they accept Michelangelo into their ranks heasked he should approach them. He was last seeing being told to just continue his investigation.
