Dr. Alex Noe is a mad dentist who collects rare and exotic teeth from animals, especially when he even hunt down cryptids, and mutants.
Physical Appearance
Noe wears yellow fitover safety glasses, or shield sunglasses. At the conclusion of his debut episode, he was scarred on the face.
Personality
He has a psychotic excitable enthusiasm, and speaks with a gentlemanly accent.
