Alexander Robert Hirsch (born June 18, 1985 in Piedmont, California; age 39) is a American voice actor and animator who is best known for being the creator of Gravity Falls. In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, he played Scumbug who is a mutant and does not speak and only could make sounds.
