Al was a minor character who appeared in the Season 4 episode Menace, Maestro Please. He was a construction foreman who oversaw restoration on the Floxy Theater who hired Howie and Erik/Erk to repair the theatre's pipe organ (really Erk's spaceship) but fired them after wrongly blaming them for causing damage that was actually caused by Shredder in the diguise of the Floxy's Phantom
