Akio Ōtsuka

Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫) is a Japanese voice actor best known for his roles as Solid and Naked Snake in the Metal Gear series.

Ōtsuka voiced Casey Jones in the NHK-BS2 broadcast of the 1987 TV series.
