Plot[]
Raphael, Leonardo, and Donatello are hunkered down in the Turtle Tank while April O'Neil, dressed as a mutant silverfish, acts as bait to lure out whoever has been capturing mutants. Michelangelo butts in also dressed as a mutant silverfish as he wanted to be the bait. Several real mutant silverfish appear and attempt to merge with April and Mikey into a large silverfish when, suddenly, they are all struck with tranquilizer darts by Meat Sweats, who is riding on a motorcycle. He grabs Mikey, April, and several silverfish, shoves them into his sidecar, and takes off.
The Turtles chase Meat Sweats into High Line Park, and Raph proceeds to pursue him on a Shell Hog. Using his meat tenderizer, Meat Sweats smashes a shrub into Raph's path and causes him to crash in and out of an office building and down into a dumpster, where he happens to land across from The Silver Platter, the fancy restaurant where Meat Sweats is taking Mikey, April, and the silverfish.
Raph bursts into the restaurant's kitchen to save his family, but Meat Sweats grabs him with his arm tendrils, sapping a bit of his power. Leo and Donnie arrive to back him up, and begin trouncing Meat Sweats. Desperate, Meat Sweats goes to steal the powers of one of the "silverfish", the now-nearly conscious April, but is flummoxed to find that he can't steal her powers. After the Turtles reveal that April is a human in a costume, and therefore has no powers to absorb, she knocks Meat Sweats out with his own meat tenderizer.
As April and the Turtles stand and celebrate, Meat Sweats suddenly disappears from under their noses. They attempt to give chase, but accidentally trigger a trap in the form of an electrified cage which suddenly drops from above. They are then approached by a figure in the shadows.
