First, he hired a man named Dirk Savage to capture mutants and hypnotize them. The captured mutants included Napoleon Bonafrog, Genghis Frog, Tokka, Rahzar, Mondo Gecko, and two unnamed mutants that appeared to be a giraffe and a gopher.
