20,000 Leaks Under the City is a 1987 TV series home video, released to VHS in the United Kingdom by Tempo Video.^[1]

Krang is out to liquidate the Turtles by pumping water through the Earth's crust and into the sewer system. The super pump starts sucking up the entire ocean and soon the streets are covered with three feet of water. The Turtles convert the Turtle Van into a boat as they face a menacing shark and giant squid which are under Shredder's control.
