Many say Karai is ungrateful to Saki since he looked after her and he cared about her but she thanks him by AVENGING him! ,although,others say SHE should have kill him and no Leo since Shredder is an evil and cold villian who lies to himself and he NEVER loved her!

Kind of reminds me about an annoying never-ending Japanese cartoon where to took 50 or more seasons for the emo-kid to end up as the best friend again. The show was Naruto-Naruto Shipponen.
So it's very likely that Karai will be a willing idiot until the final episode of the show.

Hi, I just saw "Back To NY" and saw how April restore the damaged mind of Splinter. And went to see "Serpent Hunt" and "The Pig and Rhino" chapters which Karai manifest(mostly) wild instincts (like Splinter) and she mentioned that your mind is degraded in the same episodes April and thougth it out , why not use his power to restore Karai's mind as he didi with Splinter? I wonder what you are saying and if i'm the only one with the idea of this possible solution on the status of Karai to view later fighting alongside turtles, meeting with splinter once again and having a loving relationship with Leo?
so donnie can make for karai like april father after the situation of the battle with the retro-mutagen rahzar ask the foot clan to bring the retro-mutagen for him nd baxter stockmen need retro mutagen for hi to turn human again. maybe changing battle tiger claw and fish face and spider byte and snakeweed maybe fight for the retro mutagen like baxter stockmen and rahzar. what will happen like that
While preparing the serpent DNA for the mutagen to mutate Karai, Baxter Stockman knocked some extra chemical in that mixture. I think it is the reason for Karai's ability to morph between mutant and human, but I don't know what it is.
In the TMNT 2012 Season 3, I was thinking that Splinter (who is saved by Karai) and Leatherhead is still alive so can Splinter, Leatherhead and Karai fight together?
So, I've been thinking, since Karai has been mutated into a SNAKE she might not be Mona Lisa or Venus de Milo or any female character that people have been saying she might become since she even first appeared in the show, but she might be the new version of Scale Tail, an old snake bad guy who appeared in the Radical Rescue game as well as the old Playmates toyline. Probably not but it'd be cool if they had a mention of the name "Scale Tail" like how Michaelangelo called the Kirby Bat "Wingnut".
I think in a future episode, karai (in her mutant form) will terrorize the citizens of New York City and Leo will try to help her remember who she is only to make a startling discovery about her. I love the moments between karai and Leo. I really hope the writers bring her back soon. I guess she'll reappear in season 3 so we'll just have to wait for it to start airing; not that we'll have to wait that long though.

I also hope that April and Casey find out about her mutation as well because I'm really interested in seeing how they would react. I also think that Leo and everyone else will find out that karai can morph between forms which might surprise them all a lot more.
Considering her appearance is similar to that of a dragon do you think that Karai is going to become TMNT 2012's version of Dragon Lord? I mean I can see her having an army of snake like mutants that she could train to be ninja.
