<p>I don't feel like this is an accurate leap in logic. There is no reason to believe Casey will never appear in anything again. There's not even any reason to believe he won't appear in Rise at all, barring the series (Yoshi forbid) being unceremoniously canceled. And even if he doesn't, that doesn't mean he won't be in the next movie, video game, comic book, cartoon, or whatever else comes next.
