Except for the 2012 version

Not that I expect her to just be pairing characters up with abandon—she doesn't seem the type of writer to indulge in that kind of easy fan service. Instead, she seems to develop characters as layered individuals, and she's earned a lot of my respect for that. What's especially telling is that issue #101 is slated to introduce an IDW version of Mona Lisa, but she isn't necessarily predestined to be paired with any other character, but instead gives the impression of being a taller skinnier version of Amethyst—for the first time ever, I might be able to take a version of her seriously as a character.
That leaves the question of what will happen to Donnie, whom she already imagines could be queer. He and Harold were never going to happen, nor should they have, but that doesn't mean there's no guy out there for him. Now that New York City has had a sudden dramatic growth in its population of mutants, there might come a time (Karai and Bishop and Metalhead notwithstanding, providing any of them are still a threat later on) when he could actually dress in street clothes and blend in, not unlike the way the Mirage continuity's Turtles were able to hide in plain sight among a mixed human-alien population in volume 4. The Turtles' lives have already been turned upside down now that the church bunker has been compromised, so after things settle down, I could imagine someone like Donnie...living openly in an apartment, going to college to prove his expertise and get some accredited doctorates, meeting a lot of new people in the city, and perhaps more mundane activities like sorting through junk mail and paying taxes. We all know some of that can't happen as long as there are people still trying to kill them (it would be easy for ninja to sabotage his mail), but simply having the real chance of living a peaceful life is the kind of happy ending they've been dreaming of, especially as hinted in each of their Macro-Series issues...except Donnie's, where he retains an obsession with dangerous scientific pursuits. But if only the worst threat to Donnie's future, peace, happiness and personal life were just himself, that would still be an interesting story.
Sophie on Deviantart said that Mona might be paired with Don. In the comment section of the recent Mona Lisa picture. I don't know or she was just teasing because she was talking with a Ramona shipper.
Yes, she probably just teased this Ramona fan. I doubt she would give such big spoiler. XD
But is ok to have different opinions.
I don't think the Turtles ever blush in that series, do they? I know they do in the 87 series, but I can't think of an instance where the 2003 Turtles blush...
I've seen the 2003 show, and nah, they don't blush.

Probably because they never had a reason to blush. XD
We have seen Casey and April blushing once which means the 2003 characters can blush. XD
2003 characters could blush, but not the mutant ones. We don't see any of them blush, despite showing a range of emotions...
Yeah, when the 2012 series cared to use those details. As much as I noticed subtle body language, I noticed its decreasing frequency later on, especially in the third season. There's nothing quite like seeing Splinter talk with a lifeless expression when he's not even dead yet.
